A Thoughtful Architectural Profile
A 20-storey tower, a 6 storey podium, an extensive grocery store, and street front shops are part of what makes LOCAL ON LONSDALE a neighbourhood building. Include a public plaza, art and a green roof, this architecture becomes part of the Central Lonsdale community; it was not designed to define it. Perched on the natural Lonsdale ridge, the tower was conceptualized to capture the views and mountainous skyline of this natural landscape while creating functional living spaces. The landscaped one acre green rooftop is the largest in North Vancouver, and surrounds residents in an enviable urban outlook while enhancing the sea of green that defines North Shore living.
